SPR# CSMH65JH8E - When using a local replica of Notes mail, LZ1 compression must be enabled on both the user's mailfile and the mail.box for LZ1 Compression to persist. Prior to this fix, LZ1 Compression was not enabled during upgrade in mail.box. This only happened for pre R6
databases. This fix checks to see if the ods version is earlier than R6.0 and if it is, it performs a compact to increase the version.
